Candor is looking for a warm, reliable, and hospitality-driven barista to join our team. You’ll prepare high-quality coffee and specialty drinks while creating a welcoming experience for every guest and helping keep the café clean, organized, and running smoothly. Specialty coffee experience is a required, as well as a great attitude, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee and tea beverages to company standard

• Engage warmly with customers

• Maintain cleanliness and organization

• Support daily opening and closing tasks

Requirements:

• 2+ Years specialty coffee experience required

• Strong communication and reliability 

• Must be 18+

• Must have weekend availability 

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time and Full-time positions available 

• $16/hr + tips (~$10/hr)

• PTO & Sick Days
